With extensive experience in coordinating fairy tale weddings, Avela Lodge makes every step leading to your big day effortless. From guest accommodation leading up to the wedding, on the wedding day and afterwards, to bachelor and bachelorette picnics, everything is taken care of.

Catering

As with everything else on your wedding day, great attention will be paid to your menu, with each dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. This includes pre-reception drinks and canapes. Our menus can be customised to your requirements and can accommodate specialised dietary requirements such as vegan, Kosher or Halaal.

Décor

With breath-taking naturescapes, you won’t need much to create a festive air. Our team will work closely with you to ensure the wedding décor is impeccable without drawing the attention from the blushing bride.

Guest accommodation

Avela Lodge can offer your guests accommodation in the run-up and aftermath of the wedding for their convenience. In addition, we’re a mere 32 km from Lanseria International Airport.

Booking information

Bookings are subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and venue.

50% of the total invoice is payable within a month of the booking.

Full payment of the invoice is required no later than two weeks before the wedding.

Any extra costs incurred during the wedding must be settled before departure.

Cancellations must be done in writing no less than three months before the secured date. Should the wedding be cancelled two months before the secured date, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. If the wedding is cancelled within one month or less from the secured date, full payment will be required.
